To ensure the integrity of your purchase, we require all customers to inspect the shipping container thoroughly upon delivery. The following steps must be followed during the delivery process:
a) Inspect the exterior and interior of the container for any visible damage.
b) Confirm that the container matches the size, grade, configuration and specifications of your order.
c) Photograph and report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the delivery driver and note them on the delivery order.
Failure to perform a detailed inspection at the time of delivery and notating discrepancies may affect eligibility for returns or refunds.

At Conex Haven, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1️⃣ Customer Responsibility in Selection
We encourage all customers to carefully assess their needs before purchasing a shipping container.

Our Sales Team is available to provide detailed product information and recommendations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the container type, size, and specifications suit their intended use.
2️⃣ Mandatory Delivery Inspection
To maintain product integrity and ensure accuracy:

Inspect the exterior and interior of your container immediately upon delivery.
-
Verify that the container matches the size, grade, and configuration stated on your invoice.
-
Document and report any issues (including photographs) to the delivery driver and have them noted on the delivery order.
Failure to inspect and report discrepancies at delivery may impact your eligibility for a return or refund.
3️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The container delivered is not the size, grade, or type ordered.

The container arrives with significant structural damage affecting its usability.
-
The container fails to meet the advertised grade or structural integrity standards.
All return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
4️⃣ Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Contact Conex Haven Support within 14 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue.

Provide supporting photographs or documentation for our review.
-
Our team may conduct an inspection or request additional information.
-
Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number along with depot or port return instructions.
Containers must be returned in their original delivered condition (excluding any verified damage or defects).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Conex Haven error (incorrect or defective container).
5️⃣ Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

The container is damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
-
The container has been modified, altered, or customized.
-
The return is requested due to a change of mind or altered project requirements (“buyer’s remorse”).
6️⃣ Refund Processing

Once the container is returned and inspected, refunds will be processed minus applicable fees.

Refunds will be issued within 10–14 business days using the original payment method.
7️⃣ Restocking Fees

Store Credit Option: No restocking fee will be applied.
-
Refund Option: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted to cover administrative and processing costs.
8️⃣ Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will incur a 10% administrative fee.
-
Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover container repositioning and associated logistics costs.
9️⃣ Undeliverable Orders
If an order is undeliverable due to:

Inaccessible delivery sites,
-
Incorrect customer information, or
-
Failure to prepare the delivery location,
the customer will be responsible for return freight, restocking, and any related fees.
🔟 International Orders
We currently do not support international purchases. However, we are exploring this option and may offer it in the future.

For warranty-related returns:

Please review our Warranty Policy and contact us with full details.

Manufacturer warranties exclude defects caused by normal wear, negligence, or misuse.

Containers cannot be returned to depots or ports without prior authorization.

If Conex Haven or its logistics partners are at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover all return costs.

Customers are advised to measure their delivery site and consult our team if unsure before placing an order.

Conex Haven is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, modifications after delivery, or third-party mishandling. This policy is governed by applicable state law, and by purchasing from Conex Haven, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
