Shipping Policy

Conex Haven Delivery/Pick-Up Terms

1️⃣ Outsourced Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Conex Haven utilizes third-party local delivery providers at or near cost to simplify the purchase process for customers without access to transport vehicles.

  • Customers waive Conex Haven of any and all liability associated with outsourced delivery or pick-up services.

2️⃣ Delivery and Pick-Up Time Limits

  • Trucks must be able to load or offload containers within 30 minutes of arrival.

  • Any delay beyond 30 minutes will incur a $150/hour wait time fee.

3️⃣ Driver’s Right to Refuse Service
Drivers may refuse delivery, pick-up, or relocation if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of vehicle being stuck.

  • Tight or restricted access points.

  • Uneven or unstable ground surfaces.

  • Obstructions, debris, or unsafe conditions at the delivery site.

4️⃣ Delivery/Pick-Up Attempts & Dry Runs

  • Unsuccessful delivery, pick-up, or relocation attempts (dry runs) will incur the full delivery/pick-up fee as stated on the Sales Order.

  • Customers are also responsible for any towing charges resulting from unsuccessful delivery or relocation attempts.

5️⃣ Customer Responsibility & Site Readiness

  • All delivery, pick-up, or relocation is performed under the direction and control of the customer or their designated representative.

  • The customer certifies that they have inspected the site and verified accessibility for delivery trucks and equipment.

  • Customers are solely responsible for directing safe placement of containers on their property.

6️⃣ Liability Waiver

  • Conex Haven is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, equipment failures).

  • Customers release Conex Haven from liability for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

    • Roadway and driveway damage

    • Ground or landscaping damage

    • Damage to buildings, fences, and underground utilities

    • Damage to vehicles or personal property
       

7️⃣ Additional Service Fees

  • Door Repositioning: $100 fee for changing door orientation during delivery.

  • Weekend Delivery: Saturday deliveries incur a $199 surcharge; Sunday deliveries incur a $299 surcharge.

  • Early Pick-Up (Rentals): Pick-ups requested with less than 30 days' notice will incur a $250 early pick-up fee.

8️⃣ Damage Responsibility

  • Customers are liable for any structural or equipment damage caused during delivery, pick-up, or relocation.

  • Repair costs will be determined based on professional estimates and billed accordingly.
     

Acknowledgment & Agreement
By scheduling a delivery, pick-up, or relocation with Conex Haven, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Delivery/Pick-Up Terms, including all associated fees and the waiver of liability for property damage.
